Rami initially appears in the indie film Buster's Mal Heart (2017) as a bizarre, long-bearded guy dubbed Buster who lives in the highlands and avoids the police. Later in the film, we learn that Buster's true name is Jonah and that he is a family man and former hotel concierge who struggles with psychiatric issues.
