A German farce - I can hear several sighs and even the heads shaking in amazement or rather in anticipation of disappointment. Now, I have to confess that I had low expectations for the film as well - I even assumed the main role would be performed by a different actor (not that I was hoping for Elyas to be in it, I just somehow thought he was). However, since we're on the topic of performers, they are the ones who truly make things work. The narrative is also excellent; yet, one must constantly remember the genre in which this film is set. Yes, there are clichés and faults. However, you may either focus on the bad or sit back and appreciate something that is lighthearted and has a cute little message (again do not be offended too easily).
