: The Raiden Shogun will use her tachi in battle while in this state, and her Normal, Charged, and Plunging Attacks will be imbued with Electro DMG that cannot be negated. She will replenish Energy for all adjacent party members when such attacks hit opponents. This effect can be activated 5 times throughout the duration of this talent, restoring energy once every second. The Raiden Shogun's resistance to interruption is boosted when in this form, and she is resistant to Electro-Charged response DMG. The Raiden Shogun's Normal, Charged, and Plunging Attack DMG will be considered Elemental Burst DMG while Musou Isshin is active. When the Raiden Shogun departs the field, Musou Isshin's influence will fade. When nearby party members (save the Raiden Shogun herself) use their Elemental Bursts, the Raiden Shogun will build up Resolve stacks based on the Energy Cost. There are a total of 60 Resolve stacks available. Chakra Desiderata's Resolve will be cleared 300 seconds after the Raiden Shogun has left the field.

Baal, also known as the God of Eternity, is Inazuma's oppressive dictator. She is also the main adversary in the current plot there. Players will be able to add her as a playable character once version 2.1 is available, and enjoy unleashing her devastating Electro-based attacks. While the exact release date has yet to be determined, based on past updates, it will most likely be launched on or around September 1st. We don't know much about Baal's past, but we do know that she was not one of the first Archons to fight in the Great Archon War. âPrinciples of the Raiden Shogun:
Since leaving Inazuma, I've asked myself this question numerous times. Is it just because of what happened in that duel that I dislike the Raiden Shogun? Because of the fatal stroke she inflicted on my beloved friend? I've given this a lot of thought, and I feel the answer is no. In that duel, my friend died an honorable death, and the Shogun's actions were not unwarranted. My displeasure with her stems from the Vision Hunt Decree. No one, not even a god, has the authority to deprive someone of their ambitions and dreams.
